Using Loopixie
You need to be 16 or older and sign in with Google. Your pictures and charts stay yours; you let us store and process them only to run Loopixie for you. Upload only pictures you may use, and nothing illegal. To report illegal content, email us. If we remove something or close an account, we say why and you can reply to challenge it. You can sell what you crochet from our free patterns; please share a link to a pattern rather than the pattern itself.
What you buy
Your first project is free. After that, unlocking a chart costs US$4.99, including VAT, paid once. An unlock opens the row by row guide for that chart on all your devices. Making and changing charts stays free. If a payment goes through but its unlock is not used, you keep it as a spare for another chart.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on its checkout page. Card details are handled by Stripe only. A receipt is sent by email.
Refunds and problems
If you were charged twice or a chart did not unlock, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. If Loopixie does not work as described, you keep your rights under consumer law.
